Still Watching TV & Movies After All This? Guess What?

Hollywood wants you dead – are you still going to support them?

Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather correct them. For it is shameful even to speak of the things which are done by them.Ephesians 5:11-12

Therefore, ‘Come out from among them and be separate,’ says the Lord, ‘And touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.’ —2 Corinthians 6:17

After all the turmoil, name-calling, lying, cheating, and general madness that came out of Hollywood the past few months, and honestly for the past several years; if you are still watching them or supporting them in any way, then you are probably a giant hypocrite. Or maybe you just don’t know who you are in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:17). Either that or you have been living under a rock and have never read that book; you know the one about that guy who died for everyone. Now the question for you, since you probably believe you are a Christian, is whether you will be explaining your position on supporting Hollywood to Jesus at the Judgment Seat of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:10), or explaining it to God at the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15). If you don’t get the reference then your are either a new Christian who hasn’t learned yet or doesn’t know any better, or it just doesn’t matter as you will probably be attending the latter.

Hollywood’s agenda is the Devil’s agenda – if you haven’t figured that out yet

While Hollywood has been slowly revealing itself as the tip of the spear for the Devil’s agenda, successfully pushing the boundaries of social norms while displacing Christian values; Hollywood has finally ripped off the mask and revealed itself for who and what it really stands for —Satan. If that is not obvious to you, then again, you will probably be attending the latter. They haaaaaaaate Christians. They haaaaaaaate everything true biblical Christians stand for and they want to see you dead. Many of them have said just that.

You are the temple of God – where are you taking Him?

Don’t you know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? —1 Corinthians 3:16

Now let’s see if you truly understand what I’m saying. You are the temple of God, and the Holy Spirit resides in you and you are going to be a participant (viewing is the same as supporting and participating) in that garbage. You can try hard to be selective with what you watch, but it’s getting more and more difficult, if not impossible, to figure what worldly entertainment would be acceptable in the eyes of God. Especially on television, where the commercials are just as bad as the shows themselves. Almost everywhere you turn, relating to Hollywood, they mock, ridicule, and blaspheme God seemingly to His face, and have no regard, respect, or just plain old common decency for those professing true biblical Christianity.

One of three things will happen between Christians and Hollywood

The result of Hollywood’s antithetical stance against Christianity, I believe is three-fold. First, it only solidifies what I’ve always believed about actors in America. And that is that when it is all over and the world has been judged by God and sentenced to eternity in hell; that section in hell reserved for American stage and screen actors will be one of the largest ever. Aside from those people who professed to be Christians but sadly were not. Secondly, smart bible-believing Christians will either take Hollywood’s actions as a confirmation of what they always knew, that it was evil and to be avoided, or they will quickly realize that it really is evil and they should avoid anything to do with them. And thirdly, and regrettably what will more than likely be the outcome, is that weak-minded and ill-informed Christians, by the tens of millions, will merely adapt to the new social norms coming out of the mouth of Satan/Hollywood in an effort to “fit in” using as their justification the same old tired, overused, blatantly uninformed, cliche that, “we’re just supposed to love them.”

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven,’ but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven. —Matthew 7:21
